Those students of NIT Raipur who have cleared their B. Arch./B.Tech./MCA/M.Tech./M.Sc./Ph.D. in Autumn 2025, Winter 2026, Spring 2026, and Summer 2026 sessions are hereby informed that the “Provisional list” of degree recipients for the 17th Convocation is available on the Institute’s website. Students are advised to check their English Name, Hindi Name, Course, Branch, Roll No., Enroll. No., SPI, CPI, Division, Passing Session etc.

In case of non-display of name in the list, any mismatch, or any error regarding English Name, Hindi Name, Course, Branch, Roll No., Enroll. No., SPI, CPI, Division, Passing Session etc., students should apply to the Controller of Examination with supporting documents OR mail the application to examcontroller@nitrr.ac.in with a scanned copy of supporting documents, on or before 2nd August 2026 mandatorily. You may also contact the exam cell @ Phone No. 9893655655. To update the Hindi name, students must use the MIS link provided in the detailed notice.

After the expiry of the due date, it will not be possible for the Examination Cell to consider any request.
